Selection of Raw Materials

Raw material selection as per customer need and Steel material conforming as per international standards which is used for manufacturing.

Quality Check

The chemistry of the Raw material is checked, tested and verifed through metallurgical testing performed by expert metallurgists. Before commencing the actual manufacturing the Raw material to be used is thoroughly inspected.

Forging and Casting

Forging and casting is a metal shaping and forming treatment that works through the forces of heat and impact to give the desired shape to the metal. The process is performed on Raw material so as deliver a perfect shape.

Normalizing and Annealing

Normalizing and annealing is a process of heating and cooling treatment performed on the material. This makes the material more workable with regards to molding them to any desired shape.

Machining

Forged material is further used to do machining with the help of automatic CNC Machines and other machineries These machines are known worldwide for reliable operation and increased productivity when it comes to manufacturing complicated components with highest degree of accuracy and perfection.

HEAT TREATMENT

All the machining parts and auto components are heat treated to provide resistance to wear and tear. machining parts are heat treated by various heat treatment process like carburizing ,induction hardening ,carbo nitriding HARDNING-TEMPERING, etc … After heat treatment machining parts are going for blasting and cleaning operation.

GRINDING

After heat treatment, machining parts are going for further process of grinding, In grinding operation parts are achieve his RA value, fatness, roughness, parallelism and Cylindricity etc quality parameter .

CLEANING AND PACKING

After the grinding process, all the machining parts are washed and cleaned to clear off all the remaining dust and dirt. Further to that oiled to prevent rust and then packed in boxes.
